Admission Overview
The school start admission in December to April every academic session. Play School Admission process in S. G. Public School begins with counseling and completes on the receipt of admission fees and making the entry into the Record Register. In the record the groups are allocated based on age of the child and the age eligibility criteria and date of admission.
Eligibility Criteria
A student seeking admission to any class in this school will be eligible for the admission to that class only if he or she :-
- (i) has been studying in a School recognised by or affiliated to this Board or any other recognised Board of Secondary Education in India;
- Has passed qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination making him eligible for admission to that Class;
- Satisfy the requirement of age limit as determined by the State Govt. of UP. The age of the child should be 5 years or more at the time of admission to class I and subsequent for higher classes.
- Admission are followed as per RTE Act 2009 guidelines
- All applications would go through the defined ADMISSION PROCESS while applying for admission.
Admission Process
Step 1: Procuring Prospectus/Registration
Parents may complete the Registration Form and submit the same in school as per schedule. The students will be informally interacted to observe the clarity of speech and colour's recognition.
Step 2: Entrance Test
Child is to appear in test for admission as per date and time informed while submission of Registration form (For Ist to XIIth).
Step3: Selection Process
The names of successful students will be put up on Notice Board for parents' information.
Step 4: Admission Process
On qualifying the test and interview, the parents may obtain the admission Form from the school office and after completion, may submit to the admission in-charge of the school.
